Sign Up for 3- Week Libbie Trial!
Are you a Black, Indigenous, Latina, or other woman of color (BIPOC) who is feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stressed? Know that you are not alone! We're working on a digital support tool we hope will be helpful for you!

We're building Libbie, a mental health chatbot that provides self-help, education, and support to women of color to deal with difficult or traumatic experiences. We're offering a free 3-week trial of Libbie so that we can ensure our chatbot meets this need above all else.

Libbie Health was formed by Colette Ellis, also founder of Start Within Coaching. She's an experienced behavioral health coach who was trained in EFT-Tapping back in 2013. Her goal is to support more BIPOC women by digitizing the healing work she does with clients.

Libbie will introduce you to EFT-Tapping, a proven form of somatic healing that harnesses the unity of mind and body to release stress and trauma. Libbie will prompt you to describe what you're dealing with, and then tap with your fingertips on acupoints that align with your feelings.

Don't worry if you've never tapped before -- Libbie will show you how!

Still interested? Great! Complete the form below with your info. This is a 21-day trial -- you'll get a WELCOME message with the link to tap with Libbie. You'll be invited to share data on how you're feeling. Lastly, you'll receive a feedback survey to tell us what you liked (and didn't like) so we can keep improving Libbie.
